  • Semester Special: 20 Meals for $100.00 that is good for any 20 meals at the Dining Hall during the semester.

Important Info

Lost or stolen Meal Cards
Your student ID is your meal card.  In order to eat in the dining hall, you must have your meal card with you. You will not be admitted without your ID.  Your card is not transferable, and is not to be lent to another student.  As the back of all ID cards state:

"This card is the property of Holy Cross College. It must be carried at all times while on campus. The bearer is responsible for it and must surrender it upon request. Replacement of lost cards is subject to a fee."

The 'fee' mentioned above is currently $20.00.

Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you,  you will be issued a temporary meal pass that will only be good for 24 hours.  In that 24 hour period you must go the Business office and pay the $20 replacement fee.  You will then take your paid receipt to the IT department who will issue you a new ID.  If you lose your ID over the weekend, you will have until the close of business on Monday to have it replaced.

Dining Procedures
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

Seconds Policy
You never have to be too shy to ask for seconds with our Campus Dining Program. Our generous policy allows for a second helping of many menu favorites. All you have to do is ask!
